Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages generally dispatched the same working day if the order is placed before noon, UK time.

After receipt of payment, orders are shipped via DHL with tracking and signature. We only use UPS for MK2 Golf exhausts but you'll be pleased to hear that we are working on a solution to make the package smaller, so that we can don't have to deal with them at all. Whichever courier delivers your order, they will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken packaging all items! 


Cancelling an Order.

If you wish to cancel an order please email as soon as possible. If the order has already been packed, the order will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returning an Item
Goods to be returned must be arranged with the Trackslag Ltd within 14 days of receipt of goods by the customer. Goods correctly supplied may not be returned without the company’s written agreement. Documentation in support of this must be obtained from the company and the number clearly marked on the outside packaging. Goods so returned must be consigned carriage paid and accompanied by supporting documentation. All returned goods must be as new, and unused. We can't accept products back that have been used. A restocking charge of 10% will be imposed. Any article which has been supplied to special requirements cannot be accepted for credit.
Missing Items
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. We will then take appropriate steps to remedy the situation. We cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed, as per DHL terms and conditions.
If the box is damaged on arrival from the courier please sign for the item as being ‘damaged’, and then open the parcel to inspect for any damage to the item. Please contact us for further instructions if you find damage at
